Answers to the questions we get most often.
What types of editing do you offer?
We offer Talking Head editing (straight to camera), Real Estate Motion Design, Podcast Intros, podcast clip cutting, Video Sales Letters (VSL) and Ads. Each service is detailed on our pricing page.
Do you do filming too?
Yes! We offer a professional cameraman service within a 150km radius of downtown Montreal. Drone, camera, lighting and microphone included. We also have a studio available at 111 Rue Chabanel O, Suite 410.
What's the difference between VBR and a Quebec agency?
We deliver the same editing quality, but at a fraction of the price. Our team is based in Peru, which lets us offer much more competitive rates without compromising on quality. We're a Quebec team operating from Lima.
How does ordering work?
It's simple: you pick your service on the pricing page, upload your footage, pay via PayPal, and we handle the rest. You receive your edited video within the agreed turnaround time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). No subscription required — it's a one-time payment per order.
Can I cancel my order?
A full refund is possible if the request is made before editing begins. Once editing has started, no refund will be issued.
What's the delivery time?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 7 business days per batch of 15 videos, after payment and footage are received. For example, on a 20-video order: the first 15 in 3-7 days, the next 5 in 6-14 days. We also offer a 72-hour express option for +$50 per video.
How many revisions are included?
Every order includes 1 free revision. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover adjustments to the existing edit, not a complete re-edit.
What format do I receive my video in?
We deliver in high-quality MP4 format, optimized for social media. If you need a specific format, mention it in your order notes.
What type of footage should I send?
Send your raw footage (straight to camera, B-roll, etc.) in the best quality possible. We accept files up to 10 GB per order.
How long do you keep my files?
Source files (raw footage) are kept for 30 days after final delivery, then deleted. Delivered videos remain available for download for 1 year.
Do my videos stay confidential?
We take confidentiality seriously. By default, we reserve the right to use the videos we produce for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media). If you want to opt out, write to us before editing begins.
Where is the studio located?
111 Rue Chabanel O, Suite 410, Montreal. Professional equipment is included: camera, lighting, microphone and backdrop.
What's the travel radius for the cameraman?
We travel within a 150km radius of downtown Montreal. Drone, camera, lighting and microphone are included. A fixed $100 fee applies for travel, setup and teardown of the equipment.
Are the studio and cameraman available now?
